Add Intercom chat to your Glide apps

The Intercom integration is the ultimate tool for communicating with your users in a more personalized and meaningful way, all from within your Glide app. With this integration, you can easily add Intercom chat directly into your app. Imagine being able to provide your users with proactive support and personalized recommendations and even chat directly with them in real-time.

Activating the Intercom integration in Glide

• ↪ In your Glide project, open the Settings menu.
• ↪ In the Integrations menu, choose Intercom and select Add to app.
• ↪ After adding Intercom to your app, you'll need to find your Workspace ID for your Intercom Messenger to appear in your app.
• ↪ Paste the workspace ID under Intercom’s settings to complete your set-up.
