To support the delivery of our Services, Typeguard, Inc. (“Glide,” or “we” or “us” or “our”) may engage and use data processors, subcontractors or content delivery networks with access to or potentially have access to customer data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor.

Prior to engaging any Third-Party subprocessor, Glide uses a commercially reasonable selection process to ensure any Subprocessor we use meets our requirements for security, privacy, and confidentiality. We review all subprocessors regularly to ensure they still meet the original requirements and any additional requirements that may have arisen.
Glide uses infrastructure and storage services from Third-Party infrastructure providers to store Customer Data or provide additional services as needed to help with the delivery of our Services. The addition, subtraction, and change of subprocessors may occur in the best interest of their clients.
Glide may use the following Subprocessors for Infrastructure Services listed by their entity name and purpose:
Airtable is an online spreadsheet service that Glide uses to read and update application data, application usage information, and information about application users.
AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a Cloud Service Provider. Glide uses AWS services for sending SMS app invites via SNS (Simple Notification Service).
Cloudinary is an image optimization service that Glide uses to generate thumbnails of images displayed in applications.
Courier is a transactional email platform, used to send transactional emails to customers and users.
Google, Inc. (Google Cloud Platform)
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is Google’s portfolio of internet applications services. Glide uses GCP to store application data & files and access LLM-based artificial intelligence services which may include generative text, audio, and image services.
Mapbox provides the map display and address lookup functionality in Glide apps.
Mailgun is an email delivery service, that delivers emails sent with Glide apps.
Microsoft (Microsoft 365 / Excel Online / Azure)
Microsoft Azure is Microsoft’s portfolio of internet applications services. Glide may use Azure for LLM-based generative text, audio, and image services.
OpenAI is a provider of LLM-based artificial intelligence services. Glide may use OpenAI for generative text, audio, and image services.
Sendgrid is an email delivery service, that delivers emails sent with Glide apps.
Zapier, Inc. Zapier is an online automation tool that connects apps, such as Gmail, Slack and more to be utilized within the Glide platform. Zapier is integrated in Glide as an optional service provided to developers who want to incorporate their Zapier account.
Glide works with certain Third Parties to provide specific functionality. These subprocessors access a restricted set of Customer Data, as listed by their entity name, applicable services, and purpose below:
Clearbit | Business Intelligence
We use Clearbit for sales and marketing data analytics, and may use Clearbit to enhance user contact information.
Google, Inc. (Google Workplace) | Support
Glide uses Google Workplace, specifically GMail, for email services to communicate internally and externally to customers and users.
HubSpot, Inc. | Email Marketing
Glide uses HubSpot to email customers and users about news & updates (e.g. newsletter) and for general email marketing.
G2 | Customer Satisfaction & Ratings
Collects ratings & reviews from customers, to help prospective customers evaluate our service.
NeverBounce | Business Intelligence
We use NeverBounce to verify customer emails.
PartnerStack | Partner Program
Glide uses PartnerStack to recruit and manage Partners
Stripe, Inc. | Billing
Glide uses Stripe to collect and process credit card transactions and process purchase orders.
Trustpilot | Customer Satisfaction & Ratings
Collects ratings & reviews from customers, to help prospective customers evaluate our service.
Glide may use certain Third Parties for analytics or predictive services. These Third Parties may have access to aggregated datasets of anonymized customer data or may collect anonymous usage information via technologies such as cookies or IP address collection. Glide uses Google Analytics to provide analytics data regarding users’ interactions with our Site and Services.
Glide uses Mixpanel to provide analytics data regarding users’ interactions with our Site and Services.
