If a payment on your Glide account is reversed, disputed, or reported as fraudulent by your credit card company or any other payment method used, we will interpret this as an unauthorized use of your credit card or payment method, and we will immediately refund the charge and your Glide account will be closed and all applications deleted.
The Template Gallery is a channel used for creators to list and sell Glide templates. Glide does not collect any revenue from the sale of templates, and thus can not provide refunds. Refunds for templates are at the sole discretion of the template creator. Please contact the template creator to discuss and process refunds on their templates.
